Our mission is to provide expert legal representation in the field of child welfare law, advocating on behalf of the State of Georgia to protect and promote the safety, stability, and well-being of children and families. This includes facilitating the provision of services to overcome society's most damaging and prevalent maladies.
As a firm dedicated to child welfare law, we serve as legal advocates for the State of Georgia in cases involving child protection, abuse, neglect, and permanency planning. Our work is grounded in a deep commitment to justice, accountability, and the legal standards set forth to protect vulnerable children. While we represent the state's interests, our guiding principle is always the best interest of the child.
We collaborate closely with the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS), the courts, caregivers, and community partners to ensure that each decision made in a case supports a child's safety and long-term well-being. Through diligent case preparation, ethical advocacy, and trauma-informed legal practices, we strive to deliver outcomes that honor the rights of all parties while prioritizing permanency, stability, and healthy development for Georgia’s most at-risk youth, from infant to age eighteen. Additional support is also available to youth over eighteen in many circumstances.
